CSS Neuse Five Year Anniversary Program

Event Description

Calling all battlefield tour enthusiasts! The CSS Neuse Civil War Interpretive Center will be hosting an anniversary program on March 7, 2020 to commemorate the museum being open for five years.

Join staff at the CSS Neuse for our five year anniversary of being open to the public at our downtown location. Visitors will have an opportunity to tour the museum, enjoy two battlefield tours, and enjoy living history demonstrations at Harriett’s Chapel. Cost is $20.00 per person. Bus tour of First Battle of Kinston (Dr. Lonnie Blizzard)-10-11:30am
Lunch at King’s-11:30am-12:30pm
Living history demonstrations at Harriett’s Chapel-12:30-1:30pm
Bus tour of the Battle of Wyse Fork (Author Wade Sokolosky)- 1:30-3:30pm
