Fort Fisher Junior Reserves Family Activity: The Anti-Aircraft Artillery Trainer

Event Description

From 1941 to 1944, Fort Fisher was home to a US Army Anti-Aircraft Artillery training base. To learn more about this period in Fort Fisher's history--and to find out if you have what it takes to be an AA gunner--join us for another installment of our family-friendly Junior Reserves activities. Free and open to all ages, the program will be held from 10 am to 2 pm.

All Fort Fisher programming is made possible through the support of the Friends of Fort Fisher and its sustaining members, as well as generous support from New Hanover County, the town of Carolina Beach, and the town of Kure Beach.
