241st Anniversary Reenactment at House in the Horseshoe

18th Century militia crouch behind a rail fence in front of a two-story Colonial Home

 

Join us for the annual reenactment of the Tory and Whig skirmish at House in the Horseshoe. The event highlights the struggles of the backcountry as the Revolutionary War engulfed  North Carolina. 

Battle reenactment will take place at 2:00 pm.  Activities and demonstrations throughout the day. 

This event is Saturday only. 

Admission- $5/ parking

 10:00-4:00
