Help us commemorate the 159th anniversary of the largest battle on North Carolina soil, fought March 19-21, 1865. Presented in collaboration with the National Museum of Civil War Medicine, explore the journey of surgeons, stewards, and the wounded during and in the aftermath of the battle of Bentonville. Living history demonstrations include medical care in and around the Harper House field hospital, as well as weapons demonstrations, talks, activities, and more.
