Somerset Black History Month Lecture, Saturday, February 19, 2022; 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Join us as we commemorate Black History Month with a virtual program featuring Kiana Fekette. She will be presenting her research on Somerset’s archaeological collections of personal adornments recovered from the former enslaved community archaeological excavations conducted at Somerset Place in the 1980s and 90s. The presentation will be followed by a Q and A session. Registration will be open to participants starting Friday, January 21st and closing Friday, February 11th at 5:00 p.m. A $2 registration fee is required to attend.
