Bring the family and celebrate fall at Bentonville Battlefield! Planned activities include wagon rides, old timey kids games, music, townball (19th century baseball), historic demonstrations and more! Music provided by Water Bound Dulcimers throughout the day.
Event cost is $5 for ages 13 and up. Kids 12 and under free. Concessions will be available including hot dogs and more from The Dogfather.
Near the Harper House, historic interpreters will demonstrate the daily life during the mid-19th century. Get a glimpse of their everyday tasks such as blacksmithing, candle dipping, and soap making. Visitors will be able to speak to the interpreters about how shortages affected their lives and what substitutions were made during the years of the Civil War. Everyone is invited to try their hand at vintage baseball. Games will take place at 11am and 2pm.
