The dawn of the twentieth century was a time of great change in the United States, and many of these changes can be seen in the lives of the nation’s children—how they worked, played, learned, and made sense of the world. Farm children had many chores to do every day. Come and learn about the skills they had to employ to help run a successful farm. You’ll leave the tour with great respect for them and the lives they led.
