Palmer Memorial Institute Alumni Association invites the public to a free documentary screening and Alumni panel! The screening and panel will take place on Friday, August 23 at 10am in Kimball Hall on the campus of the Charlotte Hawkins Brown Museum. This event is part of the broader 2024 Alumni Reunion. "Palmer Memorial Institute" is a documentary produced by Palmerite Dr. Eric Winston and features Palmer Alumni from many decades sharing their stories and the history of Palmer. The panel following the documentary will be moderated by Site Manager, Tanesha Anthony, and include the following panelists:
William Brooks, class of 1959
Kay Gordon Brandon, class of 1962
Dr. Fleda Mask Jackson, class of 1968
Gregory Dean, class of 1970
The event is free and open to the public, no RSVP necessary. If you're interested in staying for lunch after the event there is a $20 per person fee.
