Our Support Group
The Friends of Historic Halifax is a non-profit organization which supports the ongoing efforts to sustain, improve, and equip Historic Halifax to enable living history and promotes pride, economic development, historical appreciation, and a sense of community for Historic Halifax. The Friends' assists the staff at Historic Halifax in recruiting, recognizing and retaining volunteers and works cooperatively with municipalities and other community organizations in Halifax County in generating longterm financial support for Historic Halifax.
