Come visit the kitchen at Polk Birthplace where we will explore these dishes, their differences and similarities, talk about their history and make a couple to compare.  As usual, we can’t share the food but will be glad to answer any questions Receipts for the demo will come from the following books ; Suggested donation $5/adult, $2/seniors and children
